Why don’t we provide a phone number?

In today’s fast-paced digital landscape, communication channels have diversified, and businesses are re-evaluating their accessibility. Some companies, like ours, have opted not to publish a direct phone number, and there are a few reasons behind this decision. Primarily, our focus is on streamlining customer support and ensuring efficient communication. By utilizing alternative contact methods such as email, live chat, or online forms, we can provide comprehensive documentation, track conversations, and respond promptly, maintaining a detailed record of interactions.

In addition to streamlining communication for better customer support, another significant reason behind our decision not to publish a direct phone number is the inundation of solicitation calls that detract from our team’s productivity. Constantly fielding unsolicited calls can disrupt workflow, consuming valuable time and energy that could otherwise be dedicated to serving our customers effectively while mitigating the distractions associated with unsolicited phone communications.

Furthermore, to ensure efficient and personalized communication while bypassing the challenges posed by solicitation calls, we’ve implemented a convenient alternative. Through our Calendly link “I’d like to meet by zoom or by phone” available on most of the pages of our website, customers can seamlessly schedule dedicated times for direct conversations with our team members. Alternatively, you can also use the “contact us” link on our web site.

Turnaround times:
Orders require up to 24 hours to process. If you requested a proof, you will receive it within 24 hours of ordering. Turnaround times begin when the proof is approved. For proofs approved after 10 a.m., turnaround will start the next business day. All times are based on normal business days Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time. You may approve a job to run without a proof, but you will have waived our responsibility for any errors or omissions. File “glitches” will cause turnaround times to increase.
