What we need from you:

  • Place your order and make payment by credit card or business check. (Your order will be processed once we receive payment)

Important: Please check your artwork so that your brochure will fold correctly and the artwork is properly oriented front to back!

 

The Fine Print

  • You will receive a proof via email after your order is placed
  • Items on special are fulfilled for shipping in Los Angeles, CA, Louisville, KY, or Philadelphia, PA. Will-call is not available for items on special.
  • California shipments will be charged California sales tax, unless we have a re-sale certificate on file.

 

Turnaround times:

Orders require up to 24 hours to process. If you requested a proof, you will receive it within 24 hours of ordering. Turnaround times begin when the proof is approved. For proofs approved after 10 a.m., turnaround will start the next business day. All times are based on normal business days Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time. You may approve a job to run without a proof, but you will have waived our responsibility for any errors or omissions. File “glitches” will cause turnaround times to increase.
